Having a hard time just staying on track. I use the food tracker here on line. The problem is I think I am eating enough but apparently I am not with the food I am recording. If I do not eat enough calories my system goes into starvation mode and I do not loose. HELP!!

    You might try adding some high calorie dense foods like an avocado or nuts. Avocado can be put into smoothies, mashed and used on sandwiches instead of mayonnaise. Lots of uses.

    There is no such thing as "starvation mode," though there is starvation response which is the complete opposite of what people think starvation mode is.
