It's raining so my usual outside workout is bust. Help me write a new workout! Give me a Numbered move I can do in a set or give me a set of three! (I.e. "100 jump ropes" "15 push-ups" "20 burpees" "12 jump squats) etc! Gimmie sumptin good

Did this the other day : "countdown circuit " group A push-ups and squat jumps start with 10 reps ea. Then 9,8,7,6,5,etc to 1 rest 90 seconds then do same for group B crunches and jump lunges rest 2 minutes and repeat whole circuit2

I can easily look them up online and create one myself. The fun part is having strangers in fitness challenge me!0
