    I just joined and I've been really suprised (although I shouldn't be) by the support I've received so far...

    So, here are my two cents on your request for support - it's all about you. Make your health and happiness the #1 priority in your life. Do it for you. I know it's a cliche, but it's true. Each day that I hit my goal, I feel like a million bucks and the best part is that it's because I put the effort in - no one handed it to me.
