I've been using the app since February. Stopped using it the past month or two but when I started just by calorie counting I was losing weight. Plan to add exercises now to get stronger. Friends and motivation are always welcomed

    Stick with it. Friends help keep you accountable. Logging meals makes you aware of what youre really eating. Wish you Good luck and no regrets.
