Hi yall, my name is jessi, I am trying this because I need motivation to lose 50lbs. Over the past 10 months I have gained weight. I have had a reality check that as we get older we expand. Unfortunately there are consequences to doing that. I don't have the funds to by a new wardrobe so I am going to take the weight by the horns and win this war of being over weight. So if there is anyone out there that would like to be a positive motivator, just let me be the one you like to motivate. :-) thanks and happy shrinking.

I started tracking again to really lock things in so feel free to take a look at my food diary. The important thing is figuring out the proper caloric deficit for you to lose weight without destroying your metabolism. Always happy to help
