    It depends on if that much fat is getting in the way of other nutrients. Are you getting adequate protein, fiber, and micronutrients? Also, do you have enough energy to get through the day? If the answer to both of those is yes, then you are almost definitely not getting too much fat.

    As long as your calories are right, you're getting enough protein, micronutrients, fiber etc and these fats aren't coming from lots of 'bad' sources then you're fine in my opinion
