Recipe Builder broken?

Is anyone else having issues with creating recipes in the recipe builder? I click import ingredients and it just says page not found...

  Yep, I had to use the old builder for the recipe I plan to make later.

  Yes - I tried several times yesterday with no luck. I was able to build recipe from MFP app -- maybe something to try?

  Yes I just looked in customer support and found they have an issue with the website only. It works on andriod IOS. They are working on it..
