Have any of you used this application? What was your experience as the weeks progressed?
I started using it last month and am now at week five. Up til now I had been pretty happy with it, and was progressing according to the plan. But this week seemed to bring a significant increase in time run which was a struggle for me. I'm ok with repeating weeks, but if each week moving forward is going to have a similar jump, perhaps another plan would be more appropriate for me.

I have downloaded the app but have yet to use it. I am curious, since you are on week 5, have you noticed a change in your weight? I did the C25K about a year ago and didn't really lose any weight to speak of but wanted to give running another shot.0
