The nutrition label says that there are 21 g of fiber in one serving of Snap Kitchen's Chai Cashew Shake. Does anybody else find this to be highly doubtful? I contacted Snap Kitchen to confirm, and I was told they would consult with a dietician, but I haven't heard back. As much as I would love to believe there was that much fiber in this delicious beverage, I am highly skeptical, given the calories and list of ingredients :

Any dietitians out there that can provide feedback?

Even still is it really worth the calories? 370 cal 20g fat and 40 carbs. I know there are better options to spend the calories on.

It's delicious, so it's totally worth it, if the fiber content is correct :-)

Not a dietician, but I'm with you...the fiber content seems dubiously high for that list of ingredients. It does, however, sound delicious!

It does sound delicious, but I'm sure I'm not the only one who would explode from eating that much fiber at once.
