W is better for the environment. It also gives your lure a sleeker profile since it's heavier.

    Because tungsten weights are more expensive and I lose my shiz a lot.

    they are a great thing to overbuy at closeouts. I bought 50 something 5 packs of 1/8 and 3/16 oz worm weights at a local Gander Mtn that had its first "oh **** we stocked too much" sale after it opened.

    That was 6 years ago.
