Hey guys! Does anyone have any motivation? I'm really starting to slip out of my diet

You will hate yourself more when you slip up so bad that you wind up where you started. It's worth it to stay on track. Think about the times you were proud of yourself for staying on track.
I remember a specific time at my grandma's house where after a sensible dinner I only ate 2 cookies instead of 4 cookies, brownie, cake and whatever else was on the table. I was so proud of myself. I find myself channeling that feeling often.
When have you felt like that? How did it make you feel? Do you want to feel like that again? When will you have an opportunity to feel like that again? Are you going to take that opportunity?
