Hi from NJ! Looking for friends with disabilities or challenges that make weight loss difficult. I have multiple sclerosis and use a wheelchair.

I am 64 and disabled.(2 arteries blocked in leg and hip). it does make it difficult to exercise so I just walk. My mother in law had MS and I am a retired nurse. I think weight loss is 90% diet anyway. Add me as a friend if you would like mutual support. /Cindy

I've always heard that you build muscle based on what you do in the gym and lose weight based on what you do in the kitchen.

Diabetes and Lupus meds make it extremely hard for me to lose weight. I'm hoping that keeping track of what I eat will help.0
