Hi.. just joined to community. Wishing all of you success on your goals..

I had a bet with colleagues about making 6 pack in 3 months..
I am 36 years old.. 185 cm height and 91 kg of weight..no have time for gym because of work so only i can run and make work out at home..
Comoaring to my age and 3 months time.. would you think is it possible to make 6 pack in 3 months?? Otherwise i may lose 2 bottle of blue label whisky..which will be pain in the ...

    Lost 5 kgs in 20 days.. burning fats as much as i can..then will push for abs as much as can too.
