I recently hurt my ankle and unfortunately tore a couple of ligaments and tendons. I'm now ready to get back to exercising, can anyone recommend any exercises that are not too intense and that can help strengthen my ankle?
Thanks.
Thanks.

I just got over Achilles tendonitis myself. I've been doing the stationary bike alot...doesn't' seem to aggravate the ankle. I bought an ankle brace to wear all the time. Seems to be helping. Get well soon!0

Thank you so much!
Are you doing anything specific to stretch out your Achilles tendon?0 -
I would use some Therabands to start and work on strengthing the ankle. Use them 3 times a day doing different flexing and stretching exercises.
Take it slow. After a few weeks progress into some work with a Bosu Ball.0 -
