Hi,
Pretty new here but I wanted some inspiration as to how people stay on track with their weight loss?
I have over 100lbs to lose.
Currently I keep a little money box, every lb I lose, I put £1 in. I also use the money I would be using to buy sweets etc towards other things (books, eBay!)
But today, I found myself feeling incredibly impatient, wishing all the weight was just gone now and thinking 'oh god, this is going to take me just over a year to do' and wanting to go and buy some doughnuts or cake. The need was SO strong. In the end I had a cuppa and tried to ignore it but it's still there at the back of my head. I'm sure tomorrow will be a different day and the craving will have subsided and I'll be feeling positive again.
How do you guys tackle those cravings, keep yourselves going and stay on track?

Drink lots of water try also lemon water make sure you eat protein in every meal to keep your cravings at bay. Remember that your mind is what will make lose weight if you control your thoughts you're half way there. Stay motivated. Good luck0
