I will be eating at a thai restaurant tomorrow http://chaophraya.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/A-La-Carte.pdf and I already know what I will be having - grilled peanut chicken which has the description: Chicken marinated with honey, lemongrass and coriander root, grilled and topped with peanut sauce served with vegetable relish and sprinkled with black sesame seeds.
I will have this with steamed jasmine rice. I've looked at random entries on MFP yet they all differ so much from 350-700 calories, does anyone have any more accurate estimates?

Stop over thinking it and just enjoy your night out. This is the type of overthinking that people have told you to speak to a professional about.

Like the previous poster said, just enjoy your night out! If you're really needing a calorie count for the meal, pick the highest number. A serving of rice is about 160 calories, the chicken and peanut sauce are going to still be pretty heavy, so 700 sounds like a safe bet.
