Hello Dani and everyone else! I have about 50 lbs to go and have already lost 59 lbs. My diary is open but I don't eat like I'm on a diet so if seeing pizza and fries is going to make you crave them it is best not to look.3

65 pounds to lose.. very down on myself for allowing this amt of weight gain. Today is a new day.. day 1 of a new me.. Hey! I was ready for a bypass surgery, got so scared of it and its consecuences I decided to make a change for good. I started eating right and slowly getting exercise sessions in, 7 months later I've lost 35kg (77lbs) and still need to drop another 25kg. Been through a lot emotionally and physically and have developed a stronger mentallity. Feel free to add me, (this is my first time posting here btw) Lets do this!2

Hello Everyone! I have a 100 lbs to lose. In 2012 My family lost 10 people that year to sickness, car accidents and suicide. It was a very rough year and I gained 50 lbs all due to emotional eating. Not an excuse but it happened and I ended up giving myself a heart attack last February 23,2016. Now the reality is I have to get myself healthy. I have very short term goals. First to do 10 lbs and go from there. I have good intentions, however I always seem to get off track, so I'm hoping that maybe talking and having friends with the same desires to get healthy will help.0

Second go around here. Lost 40 lbs 3 years ago and then gained it back + 20 - so that's a thing. Need to lose that and then some. Hopefully this time will be the time- I think I am ready to settle down and commit to one healthy lifestyle. Looking for motivation as well.0

Hi. I am Stacy. I have just return to MFP after many tries. I would lose a few pounds and I would think I am ok but I would fall off the wagon and then get depressed. So now that I have upgraded my phone I am able to get the app for MFP and a step ticker. I would like to lose about 80 lbs. So Dani, like you I can use all the help I can get. Any help?2
