    I like to put my fat free pudding cups in the freezer for just a little bit before I eat them. So they're not quite frozen, just frosty. It's like yummy ice cream. Or sometimes I add strawberries, banana, or crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers.

    Great idea! I'll have to try that. I like mixing the fat free chocolate pudding with ulltra low fat cool whip to make chocolate mousse.

    I also like the laughing cow, special K crackers idea. I don't know if I've seen special k crackers in the store but I'm gonna look now!

    My other favorite...in fact its becoming an obsession..McDonalds Fruit and Yogurt Parfaits...130 cals without the granola, 160 with!
