One year ago today, I went to the doctor and tipped the scales at 340 lbs. Today, I am 195 lbs.

Congratulations! You look great and I bet you feel great too. One year ago I weighed 318 lbs. and as of last week I was down to 268 lbs. I have a long way to go yet but it is great to be rid of those 50 lbs. (I've only been on the weight lose journey since April 2016). I hope by the time I meet my one year anniversary I will have reached my goal weight and can be as proud of my accomplishment as you are with yours. Way to go theprez98.0
