My boyfriend and I are doing this together, he's trying to drop 200, me 190. I am 5f7i and weigh 325, my goal is 135, but for now I'd be ecstatic to never see a 3 as the first digit on a scale ever again. The least I've ever weighed as a fully grown person was 180. I'd honestly be happy there but would really like 135 as that's the high side of a healthy weight range for my height.
