Hi All.
Well i find myself back on here again.
However after recently bursting into tears due to me no longer being able to put my underwear on standing up at the same time as huffing and puffing my way out of bed or rolling to get off the sofa, i came to the realization that not only had i not been committed enough on the other attempts, but also that i hadn't built the right support around me.
A lot has been going on in my life which i have happily used as an excuse over the years to give up or go into it half hearted.
Now however, things are different. I have a Fiancee who is so supportive of me and my way of doing things. I also want to be here to see my children grow up. And after staring at the very real possibility that i could also be facing Type 2 Diabetes, i'm getting this done. Now or never.
I am looking to loose about 5 Stone / 32Kg / 80lb as well as gaining a few friends along the way.
Thank you for reading my ramble.

Well, started off great. My goals recalculated so i had to lose 6 Stone / 38Kg / 84lb. Shifted 42 of the 84lb, looked far better for my wedding and was great to get a smaller suit.
Unfortunately, 3 days prior, my dad passed away. Had to get married and look happy which is so hard, even when you are happy as i just wanted him there. Well fell off of the wagon after that.
Now back on it again and managed to get back to the weight i was when i got married. As such i now have just 48lb to lose!!1
