Has anyone tried it? I want to start it today and am looking for anyone else who might be game for a 30 day challenge or would love to hear from anyone who has completed it and their results!

I don't do it consistently because I do it on off days of C25K, but I am doing Ripped in 30, on level 2 now. It is a fantastic workout, and Jillian DOES get the job done.0

No, her newest is called "Ripped in 30". Similar to 30 Day Shred except instead of 3 workouts, there are 4 total and she claims you never repeat a single exercise the entire time, not even jumping jacks! I've only ever done it for a few days at a time so I've never made it past level one. She knows how to kick butts though so I would def. look in to it if you haven't yet!0

I'm finishing 30DS on Saturday and I plan to start RI30 on Monday. I should really sit down and watch it..I hate surprises!0
