I want a 6 pack by then end of July!!!

Is it possible?

I can see a basic outline of my 6 pack if I stand certain ways, but I won't to enhance it and have it there all the time!

Has anyone got any tips or advice about what food/exercises will help me Achieve my goal??

    on top of ab exercises maybe try running...it's great for the core...and people will tell you to eat as clean as possible to get rid of any fat left on your belly! good luck! i want to try Billy Blanks Insane Abs DVD

    Very little sugar, including fruit sugar. Berries don't have much sugar and are in season right now.

    Yes, it's possible, but hard. Your body holds onto that last bit of fat for dear life. So it's a fine line between enough cardio, good muscle mass and eating clean. Have you thought about maybe a cleanse?

    What you are aiming for is Lean Body Mass (LBM) - this is also my aim (you are a lot closer to your goal than me), you need to increase protein...I also do Kickboxing which is fantastic to help your muscles develop... :flowerforyou: good luck!!
