I did as well plus I've been slacking BUT as long as you recognize it & keep moving forward...you will be just fine!4

100 calories: You know what that means? If your deficit is set to lose a pound a week, you'll reach your ultimate goal weight something like 4.8 hours later than if you hadn't eaten the extra 100 calories. In the long run, that's not a meaningful difference.
So let it go. Be kind to yourself - stress is not good for you. The estimating error in a day is probably more than that, just from things like one 6-oz apple being sweeter than another 6-oz apple. It will be fine.
Just stay on your healthy path more days than not, and you'll reach your goal.5 -

Don't beat yourself up. But you can also take a walk and earn those calories. That has really helped me lose 51 lbs. I stay accountable to myself.1

If it makes you feel better - I went over by about 1000, but logged anyway. Tomorrow is another day.1
