New Scale at home saw Ugly Numbers

I got a New Scale at home and stepped on it tonight and saw numbers that were ugly I know I can change them below are the numbers I saw tonight

    I also bought a new scale since the one I've been using is ancient and I got it for $5. I'm a little scared :s

    I'm in the same boat. Mine has me all depressed now. I bought one that reads body fat percentages and stuff and it literally told me I am obese.

    I'm 153 lbs. I really want to cry now.

    You should take a scale's body fat percentage with a grain of salt. The shoot an electrical current through just the bottom half of your body (the handheld ones are similar, just targets a different part of your body.) If you carry your fat lower on your body, it will read much higher than what you actually are. The best way to measure your body fat is through a water displacement test.

    Either way, now you have a new perspective. You just need to work at whatever goal makes you happy! You can do it!
