Reebok step. The local instructor is not teaching the fall and I am so disappointed over that. Hubby helped me set up Youtube on the TV and I plan to do that very old (VHS) original Gin Miller workout tonight.0

Running. I run outdoors, keeps me visually stimulated so I don't realize how much running sucks.2

Anything Bosu!! I love to do a Curtsy Squat into Single-Leg Romanian Deadlift with the flat side up and 12lb weights. I also like to do kettle bell swings (with 10lbs) and hold a squat too. My legs shake a ton during that squat, but I have noticed a big difference in my balance while paddle boarding and skiing when I work my smaller "balance" muscles.
My favorite workout classes are Solidcore, a LaGrasse method class, and Pilates reformer.

Deadlifts and erg rowing have produced the most noticeable benefits for me in terms of strength and fitness, respectively, and the greatest sense of accomplishment when I achieve a PR in weight and/or time doing them.0

-Zumba is fun but I found I often don't have the stamina to keep up the whole class. I also haven't gone in a couple years so that may have changed.0 -
Riding my recumbent tadpole trike- I can't stand to go a day without doing at least 10 miles, even in this Florida heat!0

Wandering around in nature. (Maybe it's hiking. Or hiking light. I dunno.)
Shoveling snow. (No idea why. I guess the snow is still pretty, and you have a visual of exactly what you did.)
Swimming, preferably in the ocean.
Running is turning out ok.

I enjoy running but arthritis in my back dictates how much or if I can do it.0 -
Anything that gets me in touch with my body:
Yoga (#1)
Tai chi
Meditation
Walking
Cycling
Ballet/Dance
Lifting Weights, especially my own bodyweight
Ab work
Glute work
Any quick mini-workout from YouTube. I never tire of those. I recommend Blogilates if you like high energy and fun, and Fitness Blender. Less popular YouTubers are also good, so don't ignore them.
