      1. What were you studying in school?

      2. How did your relationships with family & friends change?

      3. How has your nutrition changed over four years (example: I started out not tracking, eating what I'd been taught was healthy, I switched to The Schwarzbein Principle, now I track and have begun living according to The Primal Blueprint.)
