water.. the key to feeling a lot more healthier

Already after 6 day's I can feel the benefits of constantly hydrating myself with that wet, tasteless stuff we all know and ermm.. love called water. Do you all make sure your hitting your 8 glass a day target?

    I don''t as I do not like water and find it very hard to drink. So I cut up a lemon and froze the pieces and use a 24 oz water travel container. Each morning I use a fresh piece of lemon and it gives the water enough flavor to make it drinkable. But I have only reached my goal once

    I've not been great at hitting the "at least 8 glasses" of water mark, recently. However, I'm changing all that. I've got to make new habits. I've got to create a healthier life. Water is going to be a HUGE part of that. Drinking AND swimming! ;-)
