Still in the army reserves here. Can pass my APFT but not where I want, and can pass my height and weight but barely so I want to work on losing some weight and getting back into shape. I used to be good, then I had 2 kids and let it go some.4

USN AM/HM 2001 to 2005. Worked I Bethesda Naval Hospital. Love the mixed community in that hospital. I thank my brother in arms for the ultimate sacrifice they made for our freedom.1

USMC 0311 Infantry Rifleman (30-ish years ago). I went 20 years staying strong AF, but then let it slip. Trying to stop the slippage now, because I think that our nation just might need her veterans again soon.0
