I need quick healthy recipies for breakfast and dinner. And cheap! I have a full workload and full house. My time is limited. Any help would be fantastic.

Hello from a fellow working mom. Here are a couple of my favorites-
http://www.myfitnesspal.com/recipe/view/159574832057453- chicken spinach orzo. One of my favorites because it is really tasty, only about 400 calories a serving and pretty filling and really the only dish you need for the whole meal. It uses rotisserie chicken which is often on sale and a good deal because you can often have enough chicken for a whole other meal
http://www.myfitnesspal.com/recipe/view/278465960947693- cripsy baked chicken thighs, easy, only 238 calories per thigh, add some frozen veggies on the side and you're done. I find chicken thighs are often on sale for really cheap, you can buy a bulk package and have several meals from it.
I also like to make homemade pizzas, top it with lots of veggies, pretty healthy and kids have a lot of fun with them. You can buy those packages of 3-4 pre-made pizza crusts, shredded cheese, pasta sauce, and it's really easy.
In a pinch my go-to is breakfast for dinner or whole wheat pasta with frozen veggies. Frozen veggies in general are great because cheap+healthy+easy.

Sorry I realized I linked to the recipe box on my mfp page instead of the recipe itself. Here are some better links-

I don't use recipes for breakfast, I just eat healthy foods. Cereal, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, smoothies, fruit, cottage cheese, eggs etc1
