The sheep that lost her flock....

In this case I'm the sheep and the flock is a healthy lifestyle. I started using MFP in February and lost around 10 lbs! I was so happy but then I began binging and being very concerned with what I eat. If I ate too much I would eat even more. So I got off MFP about a month ago and in a month with no exercise or living a healthy lifestyle i have gained more than my original starting weight!!! I'm at the biggest I've ever been. I'm insecure and hate looking like this but I look to food for comfort. I eat because I'm bored not for hunger...That my major problem. I would really like some motivation. I start college soon and I don't want to look unhealthy during my best years. I want to be confident. Well thats enough of my babbling....Stay healthy everyone!

    I' m in this very same boat!! I've started NOT logging in my exercise. Just calories only and I'm back down. Good luck. I've been doing this since Nov. '10 and it's a CONSTANT struggle!!
