    Hello Yasmeen, I live in Nevada, USA but I am back and forth between here and Abu Dhabi as my husband works there. I have been dieting since 1 July, and on MFP since about mid July. Logging my food and exercise is making all the difference this time around. Lots of things I miss about the UAE, but not all the tempting sweets! :D Good luck to you!
