    I have lost that much as well and have a good 25 more to go...I make excuse that I lost 70 and that is enough...don't falter and get the rest off! u look great! keeping it off is really hard as you get older , you got age on your side!

    Holy change! Your arms looks absolutely AMAZING in that last photo especially! Many congratulations, and I think the most noticeable thing (aside from the weight itself, which is very clear) is your smile in the "after" pictures. Fabulous!
