Under 320!! For the first time since August

Yay! I am now, officially 317.2 lbs! this is exciting because i've surpassed my first goal! my next goal is to drop back under 300.. not setting a time frame, but really excited that i'm seeing results within the first 3 weeks. i wont lie and say it was easy, but it is definitely worth it!:happy:

    Good for you! I know how frustrated I used to get on fad diets, sticking on it for two weeks and not losing even a pound. It's great to see results.
