Weight

For the month of August I losted 10lbs n since I wasn't doing the Challenge for September I saw myself gaining the weight back, I don't want to have to go n meet the 2ppl whom am doing the Challenge with n Oct n show them that all the hard work that I did was worthless so am trying very hard to lose those 4lbs n more.

    Keep at it! The first few weeks are fun and exciting and we keep going then the 3 week or 4 week hits and "its not as fun" and "I'm not seeing changes" hits.

    Its a Lifestyle! You can do it. Its about making plans and sticking with it, even on the not as good days.
