    Welcome. I am 59 year old, live in Washington DC and still am working. I joined 2 weeks ago and this program is awesome. I was totally shocked at how much sodium, fat, and sugar I am consuming and how little protein. I am very honest in what I track and therefore am keeping to my diet. My morning blood glucose has gone from 180 to 94...big change.
