Not Loosing!!!

Im eating healthy, working out everyday, burning at least 500 calories with workouts and eating 1200 calories, adjusting workout calories.. I lost 11 lbs the first 6 weeks and after that its on a halt!!... im disappointed and demotivated...its been nearly 3 weeks since i lost weight. I eat only healthy, and I cant understand why this is happening!

11lb!! That's fantastic...stay focussed on why you're doing this, it's gonna take time and sometimes you'll halt but if you stay true to your goals the weight will come off. For me, if I halt I look at a few things:
Are my foods balanced? If you're exercising a lot you're going to need good carbs & fats to feed your metabolism & muscles so check out any improvements you can make to your basic foods.
Am I changing my exercise regularly? You're body gets used to exercising and adapts very quickly, change your routine and try incorporate at least 15 mins of interval training, building up gradually.
Am I eating at the right times? It may be your can alter the 'spread' of your cals throughout the day? e.g. 5 small meals works for me and I eat every 2hrs!
Am I losing inches? Hey, the scales may say one thing but if you feel better that's a sure sign something good is happening!
