    idk, it can be really challenging to eat out, and often I prefer the chains just because I feel I can get a better grasp of their calorie count

    Hello, I live south of the metro, but I've used and liked the quick & almost clean food of Panera. I can find healthy & modest calorie meals there. But I will say since I started using MFP only 70days now, I usually eat at home because I'm building my awareness for portions & calories of food choices.
