Hey all. I started the journey to a new and better me know Monday. I am keeping up with my workouts just need to keep track of what I am eating. Supportive friends appreciated. I can also be a great support system for any one of you!

I just started on Monday, as well. Logging food takes a little extra time, but it is SO beneficial - at least, for me. Good luck on your journey to better health!0
