I've lost 20 sense April not we're I need to be but somthing I just need to lose mor a week then what I am any suggestions?

The main thing to remember is calories in vs calories out. 20lbs is a great start, even if you're not at your goal yet! The main two general points that I can hit are to either take fewer calories in, or work more away. Also, drinking more water before eating can help your stomach feel fuller, so you eat less at meals.1
