Hi all. New to this!
I go Body Combat once a week and I couldn't find this on the exercise list. Does anyone know how many calories (roughly) this class would burn? I wanted to add it to the list and could only put wii boxing for the time being. Thank you

Wii boxing is probably not as hard. Try Boxercise?

According to Les Mills, the average is something like 700 calories per class. I would conservatively put 400-500 I guess?

It's in there if you enter BODYCOMBAT as one word in the search bar.

Cardio kickboxing. Or add your own exercise.

Body combat is in there. I've seen the 700 cal per hr claim too but my Fitbit only records around 400

I take Turbo Kick which is pretty close to Combat. I burn around 660 calories in a 45 minute session. I'm 5'6" and 160lbs. Hope this helps!

Les Mills say 700 per class on average; I've gone up to 1040 but that is most likely because I'm 5'8 and 300 lbs and push it hard. The AAA doesn't burn the calories... Your body does.
It all depends on the individual and the effort.
