The End Of Overeating

Anybody heard of this book?
I have the Kindle app on my phone, and downloaded this book recently. It's by the same fellow, Dr. David Kessler, who blew the lid off the American tobacco industry. Well, he's back at it, and this time he's shedding the light on the American food industry.
It's a fascinating but actually kind of terrifying read. IT talks about how they get us addicted to overeating, the artifical ingredients and chemicals in the food that keep us coming back for more, and how to break the cycle.
It is a real eye-opener and I just thought I'd get the word out there because I think a lot of people on this website could learn a lot from it. I know I have and I'm not even half-way done with it yet.
