What do you do to stay on track when your on the go?

Knowing full well I'd be on the run today I preplanned everything I am going to eat today for the day with some wiggle room with my exercise calories. I am bringing my lunch box with snacks and salade just in case I don't make it home on time. I don't want to be caught off guard. Oh yes and plenty of water too! :flowerforyou:

    Great plan!! When I know we'll be out, I always look up the nutrition information at the places we may go so I'll know what to order and not be tempted by the pictures, lol. And if I know exactly where we are going, I'll add it into my food log before we even get there. I'm too lazy to go back in and change it so it keeps me on track.

    yesterday I was gone from 9:30 am > 3:30 pm. I took walnuts, a banana, Larabar, yogurt (even measured out ground flax to add), a baggie of baby carrots and celery...and a 32 oz canteen of water. Stopped and shopped or made returns at 7 stores, an insurance agency and had an appt at a hospital. Not one fast food joint.:bigsmile:
