Sup, so I cheated today and I feel like I'm gonna die tbh. I'm never going to cheat again.

Don't think of it as cheating. Log it and move on.

It's only cheating if you don't log it.

    Who did you cheat on?

If you mean you ate more than you planned... what's the big deal? There are almost certainly going to be times when you eat more that you plan or need, either because it's a special occasion or because you just make a choice to do it on that day.

Log it or don't log it - either way, it's done and can't be changed.

If it's an occasional thing forget about it, if this is happening often, then you need to think of some strategies to keep within your goals when this stuff comes up.

Just get back on track at your next meal, there is no need to be melodramatic.

Eh. You probably will do it again. But log it, move on and get back on track.

Own it, learn from it, try to figure out how to keep it from happening the next time and move on. If this was easy no one would be overweight.

Don't stress over it! You're only human. Everyone deserves a day off from worrying about what they eat, you don't live to diet

I prefer the word "over-indulged".. And it only matters if you don't use it as a way of exploring why you did what you did so you can avoid the negative/guilty feelings next time. (And there will be a next time, because you're human).

Figure out what contributed to it happening - stress, lack of sleep, too aggressive calorie goal, whatever - then log it, and get back on track. The majority of our days determine the majority of our progress.

There's no need for drama about it. Drama helps nothing.

OP, only you have the control to turn this into a learning experience or a fail.

What are you going to chose?

And, if you're finding abstaining from certain foods very difficult, try moderation instead. Incorporate your favourite meals and snacks into your daily calories.

You must break out of this mentality in order to succeed...
