Hi all, I'm several months in and eating clean, mostly raw, foods coupled with protein, swimming and yoga. No bread, pasta, pizza, chips, cookies, cakes-fisch diet sort of. And intermittent fasting which totally works! Seeing great results...43 lbs down, 27 more to go. Just looking for likeminded friends along the way.
