Every morning. I keep an average going, so I need continuous data.

Every morning and after every bathroom break. That's about 9-15x a day. Hey, I drink a lot of water.

Every morning after going (iykwim) and naked. I only log once a week and only if there's been a change.

This. I only log it into MFP if there's a drop, but I log daily in my Happy Scale app.

    it varies.

sometimes i weigh every day. other times, once a week. sometimes as long as once a month.

i find im happier looking at it LESS frequently though, so the scale stays on the shelf in the bathroom so im not nearly as tempted to step on it every morning.

Oh good! I thought maybe I was being insane weighing every morning.

I only weigh twice a week on Wednesday morning and Sunday morning. I found the daily weighing was making me neurotic about little fluctuations. It's one thing to check but there's no need to obsess (talking to myself there, just so we're clear. I obsess about things.)

Once a week same time always to be consistent and track my body fat so I know what kind of weight I'm losing or gaining.
