New and couple of questions

HI there everybody, first of all congrats on all of your successes so far. When you set up your program do most of you pick to lose 1 pound a week (the recommended) or 1 1/2 or more? I have chosen the 1/12 which still gives me 1320 calories for the day. Just wondering what the norm was. Also do you eat your exercise calories earned?
Thanks in advance,
Nancy

I think the norm for everyone will be a little different. I set mine to 2 pounds a week and I eat 1200 calories a day. I do not eat my exercise calories but that could just me me. Good luck with your journey!0

I am new too, and have chosen 1 1/2 lbs per week, that gives me 1500 calories per day. I find that I use the exercise points on the day after I go over my calorie limit. I think of it as a reminder to get moving instead of a reward for exercising. This is my first ever attempt to lose weight, and I'm trying to drop 20 lbs. The first week I lost 7 lbs. with the program.0
