How To Log This?

I did a workout video where I was working my upper body with dumbbells. It was quick reps, no resting, fast past, with little lower body activity. How should I log that on MFP? Thank you!

    Probably under circuit training. As for calories burned you way only want to eat back a certain portion (50-75%) to account for inaccuracies
