hey I'm Tonya. I gained 30 pounds from last year. I refuse to buy new clothes. I have made up my mind to get healthy. I'm 5'6" and 182.2 pounds. My goal is to lose 30 pounds. I think one of the main challenges I face is alcohol. I like my cocktails!
