I know the claims of detox water with fruit. Not what I am looking for. LOL. I want a way to make my water taste good. Does dropping fruit in it actually change the flavor?

Sure. If you put some sliced citrus in your water jug you'll notice some slightly acidic + slightly sweet change in the municipal flavor.

Mint leaves, ginger root, cucumber, fruit.

I like ginger infused tea - steeping ginger in boiling water releases more flavor (IMO).

You could buy one of these fruit infusers or make tea. I don't like it personally, because water is not supposed to taste like anything. If it has any taste it makes me thirstier. I do drink quite a bit of tea because I like tea.

It does. Just let it sit for a while, it doesn't change instantly. And it can be pretty subtle so don't expect it to taste like juice lol.

I love adding fruit to my water. It does actually change the taste. How much depends on how much fruit and how long you let it sit.
  • I like mixing water, coconut water, strawberries, and lemons :) It tastes nothing like water and it has a bunch of antioxidants in it from the coconut water! I use this as a healthy alternative to sports drinks as well!

I love water with fresh strawberries, blackberries, and lemon! Very refreshing!
